I'm soooo glad you came to visit! And trusting God really is hard work. I'm not terribly fantastic at it. Some days are good days. And some days, like today, are really bad ones. I've found that struggling is definitely okay, just as long as I don't give up. It helps to find someone who can struggle alongside you--seek out answers with you and be a sounding board! It helps.
